Open to: Muslim young adults between the ages of 19 and 29 years old (ONLY 2 spots are available)
Venue: July 5 – August 13, 2017, in Stony Point, New York
Costs: There is no charge beyond the cost of travel and personal expenses. Room, meals, Institute transportation, and laundry are covered by the Institute. Travel scholarships may also be available once a student is accepted.
Every year the Community of Living Traditions Summer Institute invites young adults to build multi-faith community in a shared residence. The Summer Institute is tailored for Muslim, Jewish and Christian young adults ready to join a journey where they will:
- live together in community
- engage in multifaith study and dialogue
- grow in their relationship to the land and to each other through farming
- engage in the themes of Resistance and Resilience
